National 18+ Youth Conference

Conference Information:

The Office of Youth Affairs will be hosting the 2nd Annual National 18+ Youth Conference from June 30th through to July 6th, 2025. Focusing on the themes of mental health and anti-social behaviour, the intention of the Conference Brunch is to explore these topics and their impact on young people in order to bring awareness, better understand, learn from, and potentially provide programmes and services that will meaningfully impact not just Bermudians aged 16 – 29, but the country as a whole.

Through presentations and discussions with panel members we intend to dig deep into the topics of mental health and violence in Bermuda. It is our hope that the conversations had will help us to identify solutions, provide direction and inspire action from those in attendance.

We will also host an information fair during the conference. Very often in our conversations with young people, they tell us that they either don’t have anything to do or are unaware of the opportunities that exist for them. This information fair will be an opportunity for organisations which work with and on behalf of young people to share what they do and increase awareness.
